🏡 Booking & Prices
Q: How do I book directly?
A: You can book directly on our website www.location-berry.fr or by phone. Direct booking guarantees the best rate and personal contact from the very first message.
Q: Are the prices the same as on Booking or Airbnb?
A: No. When booking directly, you benefit from a preferential rate without commission and sometimes additional benefits (early check-in, welcome basket, free pets).
Q: What is the amount of the deposit?
A: A 30% deposit is required upon booking, the balance upon arrival or a few days before depending on the platform.
🕒 Arrival & Departure
Q: What time can we arrive?
A: Arrivals are from 4pm. For direct bookings, early check-in is possible subject to availability.
Q: And the departure?
A: Before 11 a.m., to allow us time to prepare the cottage for the next travelers.
Q: Is self-check-in possible?
A: Yes, each cottage has a secure access system for a flexible and stress-free arrival.

Q: Are pets allowed?
R: Yes, with great pleasure! Our cottages are all pet-friendly : enclosed garden, food bowls, walking paths nearby.
No extra charge for direct bookings.
Q: Are there any specific rules?
A: Simply respect for the premises and the peace and quiet. Animals should not be left alone in the accommodation for too long.

Q: Is there fiber optic internet?
A: Yes, all our cottages are equipped with very high-speed fiber optic internet , ideal for teleworking or streaming.
Q: Is linen provided?
A: Yes, bed linen and towels are included. The beds are made upon your arrival.
Q: Is there an outdoor space?
A: Each cottage has a private enclosed garden , a terrace and relaxation furniture.

Q: Where are the cottages located?
A: In Graçay , between Berry and Sologne, 5 minutes from the A20. A calm and green setting, perfect for recharging your batteries.
Q: What activities are nearby?
A: Countryside and forest walks, local markets, ponds, Berry heritage, Loire castles, BEAUVAL zoo less than an hour away.
Q: Can we come without a car?
A: Yes, Vierzon train station is 15 minutes away, and we can arrange a transfer on request.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, the deposit remains due.
Q: Are the cottages classified?
A: Yes, all our cottages are classified as Furnished Tourist Accommodation and labeled Gîtes de France 3 épis .
